Gillian Welch and Dave Rawlings - “Hard Times”

It’s probably just me but this song makes me wish I had a baby or two to sing it to. I should really get that mix started. “Songs to play the babes.” I want a baby to play this to. And when they got a bit older, four or five, we’d sing it together. Ha, just another horrible reason to want kids. Yup, Gillian Welch made me do it. Had to sing ‘em this song.
